My Ideal Customer
Here is my ideal customer, it is a 40 year old mom of at least two kids, and she falls under the middle class socioeconomic category. This mom drives a Honda Odyssey and has kids whose ages range from 8-16 years old. She likes spending time with her kids when she can and she has a part time job and goes the to gym a lot. Whenever her and her husband go out they need to hire a babysitter to watch the kids. The wireless charging system would be a way to keep them consistently entertained while they are gone. She is always looking for things to do to keep her kids busy, and keeping up with the Jones' is one of her favorite thing to look into. The thing her and I have in common is that we both hate that our phones have to be constantly charging, and we both want to do something about it. We both have the type of personality of getting things done and pleasing those around us.
Hello Ethan, great explanation with your customer avatar. I like how you got creative with the character and explained some of her routines. You explain a person who would benefit gratefully from a wireless charger. It is good to feel connected with your customer avatar, because if you can find something in common, then it will be easy to sell your product as you can give personal input.
ReplyDeleteGreetings Ethan, I loved how you were very descriptive when coming up with your ideal customer. You included that she was a mom and even included the age range of her children and the amount she had so it made me better understand what type of person would purchase your product. Overall, this was a great post and I look forward to reading your upcoming post.
ReplyDeleteHello Ethan,
ReplyDeleteOverall I very much liked your post and simply how much thought you put into making this character truly come to life. I liked the fact you narrowed it down specifically to the car she drove, and the ages of the kids she had. I liked how in depth you truly got into her personality varying from the TV shows she watches to her job and fitness routine. Overall great post Ethan!
Ethan, I like your customer Avatar a lot. A mom with children that are constantly on their phones playing games needs a place to charge all those things. Not having a mess of tangled cables would be a blessing. I would also think about businesses and office buildings having large charging mechanisms. I think white collar workers could benefit from having your product.
